Our premium dealership in Badung offers a wide range of services, including routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections, using state-of-the-art tools and software such as Autocraft and QuickBooks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns.
• Assess vehicle condition and recommend appropriate services or repairs.
• Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicle issues.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to perform inspections and troubleshoot problems.
• Explain repair estimates and recommended services to customers in a clear and concise manner.
• Schedule appointments and manage the service bay to ensure efficient workflow.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and basic repair procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software such as Autocraft and QuickBooks.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
