As a Global Perspectives Teacher at Raffles Christian Group of Schools, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a love for learning and critical thinking. You will teach a diverse range of subjects, including but not limited to History, Geography, and Social Sciences, using our internationally recognized curriculum. Your daily tasks will include lesson planning, classroom instruction, and student assessment, all while maintaining a high standard of academic excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach a variety of subjects within the International Curriculum, including History, Geography, and Social Sciences.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with international educational standards.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices in international education.
• Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enrich the student experience.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.
• Contribute to the development of a diverse and inclusive school community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, History, Geography, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in an international school setting.
• Certification in International Baccalaureate (IB) or other international curricula is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of international educational standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
• Passion for fostering a love for learning and critical thinking.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
