📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Coordinate employee relations activities, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Support the leadership team in making informed decisions about workforce planning and development.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and provide feedback to management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Assist in the planning and execution of company events and team-building activities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a growing company.
• Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
