🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the aesthetics industry and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Certification in sales management or a similar field is a plus.
