As a Mobilization Manager at Sodexo, you'll be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the FM contract setup, from initial client meetings to final handover. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that all processes are streamlined and efficient. Your expertise in project management and strong communication skills will be crucial in driving the success of our FM contracts in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the end-to-end process of setting up and launching new FM contracts, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including HR, Finance, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of new FM contracts.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand client requirements and ensure alignment with Sodexo's FM services.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for FM contract setups.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including contractors and service providers, to ensure the smooth execution of FM services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards for FM services.
• Provide ongoing support and training to client staff to ensure they are fully equipped to manage and utilize Sodexo's FM services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in the facilities management industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering FM contracts.
• Strong knowledge of FM software and tools, such as FacilitiWorks, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian market and the FM industry in Bali is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
