📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track customer accounts receivable to ensure timely collection.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to resolve payment issues and improve collection rates.
• Prepare and submit accurate collection reports to the head office.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure prompt payment for invoices.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in financial records and transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to resolve any issues related to payments.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other related documents.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP or other accounting software is a plus.
• Ability to travel to different locations within the branch area as needed.
