As a Management Trainee, you'll be immersed in the daily operations of our Mie Gacoan outlets, working closely with our experienced managers to develop essential skills in inventory management, customer service, and team leadership. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist branch managers in daily operations, including inventory management, sales tracking, and customer service.
• Learn and apply best practices in food safety, quality control, and operational efficiency.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop leadership and management skills.
• Contribute to the development of operational manuals and standard operating procedures.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve branch performance.
• Assist in the planning and execution of branch events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduates or recent graduates with a degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related fields.
• Proven work experience in a fast food or restaurant environment (preferably at Mie Gacoan).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
