📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage daily production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards of production.
• Utilize SAP and Excel for data management and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Factory Manager to identify and resolve production issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Train and mentor junior staff to improve overall production efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize production and minimize waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of managing production schedules and workflow.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel for data management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and regulations.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
