As an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's vendor payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. In this role, you will work closely with the finance team to process and pay invoices, reconcile accounts payable, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and pay vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Reconcile accounts payable to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Analyze payment trends and provide reports to support financial decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
