📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit with the company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure a competitive recruitment process.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.,Stay up-to-date with best practices in talent acquisition and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with local job market and industry trends in Bali is a plus.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
