📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction, maintenance, and repair of various sites.,Ensure that all sites are operated and maintained in accordance with safety regulations and standards.,Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or potential hazards.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the optimal performance of all sites.,Train and supervise site staff to ensure they are competent and capable of performing their duties safely and effectively.,Monitor and report on site performance and progress to senior management.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all site activities and maintenance work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and maintaining various sites.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
