PT Maju Indah is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Tutor to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. As a Senior Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and mentoring students to achieve their academic and personal goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.,Provide personalized attention and support to students, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve and achieve their academic goals.,Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, best practices, and technologies to enhance the quality of teaching and learning.,Participate in professional development opportunities and training to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that values diversity and respect.,Attend to administrative tasks and responsibilities related to teaching, such as grading and record-keeping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in the relevant field of study or equivalent experience.,At least 3 years of experience as a tutor or teacher in a similar educational setting.,Strong subject matter expertise in the relevant field of study.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and inspire students.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to achieve common goals.,Familiarity with educational technologies and tools, such as learning management systems and online platforms.,Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.,Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement.
