📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the MEP engineering team in the design and implementation of the retreat's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.,Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.,Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into the overall design.,Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor the progress of MEP installations.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and contractors.,Develop and maintain detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.,Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in MEP engineering and sustainable design.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on sustainable design.,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant engineering software.,Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Bali.,Excellent communication and project management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Passion for sustainable design and eco-friendly practices.
