In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new residential business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new residential business opportunities through market research and client outreach.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property owners, developers, and potential buyers.,Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials to showcase our services and attract new clients.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective business development strategy.,Track and analyze business development metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Attend industry events, networking sessions, and other relevant activities to expand our professional network and stay up-to-date with market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential business development, sales, or a related field.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian residential real estate market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
