📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes for system integration projects.
• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of complex systems.
• Utilize SAP and MES systems to monitor and improve manufacturing performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address manufacturing issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on system integration.
• Proven experience with SAP and MES systems.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
