📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop engaging and effective training programs using tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
• Collaborate with team members to identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
• Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring high engagement and retention.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Support the implementation of learning management systems (LMS) to enhance the training process.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices for continuous learning.
• Contribute to the creation of a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record in designing and delivering training programs.
• Proficient in using training development tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Ability to analyze training data and make data-driven decisions to improve program effectiveness.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
