📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the data entry team, ensuring high-quality and accurate data entry.,Develop and implement data entry procedures and standards to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Monitor and report on data entry performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior data entry staff to ensure consistent high standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.,Maintain and update data entry systems and software as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to data management.,Handle and resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or a related field.,Strong knowledge of data management software and tools.,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) is a plus.
