📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales floor and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.,Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.,Stock merchandise and maintain an organized retail environment.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Assist in promotional activities and sales events.,Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.,Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 20 pounds.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
