📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and users, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain the performance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and problems.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and applications.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and technologies.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical skills: Knowledge of IT infrastructurehardwaresoftwareand network protocols.Soft skills: Excellent communicationproblem-solvingand customer service skills.Certifications: CompTIA A+Network+or CCNA certifications are a plus.
