Depot Intan Motor is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from advertising job openings to interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Manage payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.,Oversee the company's health and safety programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
