In this role, you will work closely with our engineering team to maintain and optimize our steam generation systems, using state-of-the-art tools and software. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices, and for training and mentoring junior staff.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain steam generation equipment, including boilers, condensers, and feedwater systems.
- Monitor and control steam pressure, temperature, and flow rates using advanced instrumentation and control systems.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of steam generation equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to steam generation, working closely with our engineering team.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Train and mentor junior staff on steam generation operations and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support our manufacturing processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and reliability of our steam generation systems.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in steam generation operations and maintenance.
- Proven expertise in operating and maintaining boilers, condensers, and feedwater systems.
- Strong knowledge of steam generation principles, thermodynamics, and instrumentation.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as SteamPro, AutoCAD, and EPICS.
- Certification in boiler operations and safety, such as ASME Section I or equivalent.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
