Hotel Dewi Geprek is seeking a dedicated Deputy QC Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our food products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a passion for food safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular quality inspections of food products to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.,Monitor and maintain food safety and quality records.,Investigate and resolve quality issues and complaints.,Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control practices.,Collaborate with the QC Manager to ensure effective quality control processes.,Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Participate in audits and inspections as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the food industry.,Knowledge of food safety and quality standards and regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or a related field.,Certification in food safety (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
