📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the department to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement departmental strategies and goals in alignment with company objectives.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.,Monitor departmental performance and implement improvements as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the department in meetings and events as required.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficient in using office software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with HR management and employee relations is a plus.
