• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Use Zendesk and Salesforce to manage and track customer support tickets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to customers.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Stay updated with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in customer service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to night shift schedule, including early mornings and late evenings.
• Promote a positive and professional work environment.
