📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular audits of HR and payroll processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Review and verify payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing, HR, or payroll.
• Certification in HR auditing or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using HR and payroll software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
