📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and control the store's inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.,Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Coordinate with suppliers to maintain a steady supply of medical and general store items.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a store management or healthcare-related role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian healthcare system and regulations.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
