📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations of the branch, including staff scheduling and performance evaluation.,Oversee inventory management and ensure timely restocking of ingredients.,Coordinate with suppliers to maintain high-quality ingredients and competitive pricing.,Train and develop new staff to ensure consistent quality and service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
