📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the office,Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support,Develop and implement strategies to improve office efficiency and productivity,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration,Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and training as needed,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, promoting a positive and productive environment,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing them as appropriate

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using office software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed
