The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the warehouse team in achieving operational excellence. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.,Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods to ensure timely and efficient operations.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage stock levels and order fulfillment.,Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse facility, including shelving and equipment.,Handle and process customer orders and returns, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics and KPIs.,Provide support to the warehouse team in resolving operational issues and improving processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or administrative role.,Proficient in using warehouse management systems and software.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with inventory management and logistics processes.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
