📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and supervise junior staff members.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial and operational reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.,Monitor store performance and implement improvement strategies.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in store administration or similar roles.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other store management software.,Proven track record of improving store performance and customer satisfaction.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum languages.
