📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.,Assist customers with product selection, information, and purchases.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and revenue.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental and store goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or retail environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Previous experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is a plus.
