📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaign success.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising.
• Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
