📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with style guidelines.,Develop and maintain user manuals, guides, and other technical documentation.,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of technical writing processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software development processes and terminology.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
